0/20 REFERENCE STANDARD SAND FOR EN 1766 2000-03
THE NORM EN 1766 2000-03
This European standard specifies the composition, characteristics and mode of preparation of reference concrete to be used in the test methods for measuring products and systems performance requirements for the repair and protection of concrete structures.
The provisions of this standard are applicable to concrete crafted from aggregates with a maximum size of between 16 mm and 20 mm or from aggregates with a maximum size of between 8 mm and 10 mm.
DESCRIPTIION AND COMPOSTION
The sands of S.N.L for this application are:
- a silica base + 98% silica.
- Roundat 100%.
- An absorption coefficient of less than 2% (0.2%).
- to the standard EN 1766 2000- meet both formulations Fig. A1 0/8 to 10 MM and fig. A2 0/ 16A 20 MM.
PACKAGING
We make bags in packages of 5 to 25 kg: on our request.
WARNING: certificate is produced for thefully quantity of the bag, knowing that the particle size distribution is large: there is risk of segregation: it is imperative to use the totality of the bag by test.
